The relational database model is well-defined theoretical model of working with and managing a set of data that attends to three specific things.

• Data manipulation
One of the characteristics of RDBMS data is data independence. The oracle relational database physical structure is independent of the hidden form and end-user’s logical view of data. The benefit is that user can easily access the data in logical structure like tables by using simple SQL commands, without having to know any thing about physical organization of the data.
